Green Quarter Double bed En-suite

Hi,

I'm Kelly and looking for a flatmate to join me in this fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. I've been in this flat for a year and a half and love it, whilst the flatmate leaving loves it too and we're both sad she's leaving, she's left as she's moving in with her boyfriend.

The room available (11th September) is a spacious double bedroom en-suite.

The kitchen area has all mods and cons built in.

There is also a 2 in 1 washing machine/tumble dryer.

The living area is spacious and leads onto the balcony which has a good view of the lovely fountain and a nice stretch of grass for chilling out on.

The flat is situated in Green Quarter which is:-
(walking distance)

- 3 mins away from Victoria station.
- 5-7 mins away from Printworks/The
Arndale/Selfridges/Harvey Nichols.
- 5 mins from Northern quarter if you
want to hit the bars.

Also there's a Co-Op attached to the building, really convenient when you've just ran out of milk!

Bills are on top which come to around £120-125 a month each which includes, Council Tax, Water, Electricity and Wifi.

There are unfortunately agency fees for referencing purposes which is the only downside (£175 between the both of us).

About me: I'm a considerate and easy going person who likes to keep the flat clean and tidy yet homely. I'm balanced between enjoying the company of others as well as having my own time, so someone who feels the same would be perfect.

n. b The images slightly differ as in, the colour scheme is a bit different but the set up is very similar.
- Desk & chair in bedroom not incl. That was bought in after.
- Just reiterating that I am a smoker (as it is easily missed on the right hand side) but I ALWAYS smoke on the balcony, never indoors just to clarify (and expect the same from the future flatmate).
