1 bedroom available in beautiful apartment central

Hi, we are Jennifer (21) and Dean (22) and are offering a room in our 2 bedroom apartment. It's a beautiful Apartment in the Northern Quarter, Central Manchester. It's all new furnished and we are very lucky that our landlords take care of the apartment. Our flatmate has just moved out and we are looking to find someone nice to move in as soon as possible.
We are really easy going & unlike a lot of couples you will hardly ever find us arguing (We understand some people might be hesitating to move in with a couple ;) ). We have moved to Manchester from Germany last year, Jenny is german, I am half german, half english but we both speak english fluently so there shouldn't be any language problems. No smoking inside the apartment.
Jenny is a full-time photographer and I am a writer/musician and bartender.

The rent is 325 Pound a month,
plus taxes property band D, which means 138 we will share= +46 pound for taxes
the electricity and water bills are also shared between all 3 of us monthly/ every 6 months.
I guess the rent plus taxes and all bills will still be under 400 Pound a month, which is really cheap for this area and especially this stunning apartment. We also have a small room with a washing machine etc.

PS: If you are asking yourself now, why this room is so cheap, it's not because the apartment is cheap. It's because I think we are very fair. You will find most people who share a 2 bed apartment will just split the rent. As we have the bigger room and it's two of us, I think it's just fair we pay more rent. That's why the other room is very cheap. :)
