Great room in modern, well furbished city flat

Hi,

I have one double room available to rent from 10th September in a fantastic, modern and well looked after city centre flat in Manchester city centre a stone's throw from Oxford Road station.

I have recently moved in and am looking for a flat mate to move into the second bedroom. The flat has had a lot of work done by the landlord, including new carpets in the bedrooms, painting of the walls and grouting in the bathroom.

The bedroom available is not massive, but the flat does have plenty of storage space. There is a also a fantastic view from the bedroom looking over the Bridgewater canal (as it doesn't overlook a road it is also very quiet).

The main living room and kitchen is a very good size. Kitchen equipped with a large fridge/ freezer, microwave, combined washer and tumble dryer. There is one bathroom, fitted out to a very high standard. I'm pretty clean but not a freak about it, so ideally would like someone similar.

The £450 rent is inclusive of all bills, including council tax, broadband, electricity and water. There will be a standard agency fee of around £200 for referencing and to get you onto the contract.

I am a 27 year old professional. I work long-ish hours, including some evenings, weekends and nights. I'm looking for someone who I can enjoy winding down in the evening with, maybe chew the day over with a beer/ glass of wine or go and see the odd gig/ film etc. The right person is probably the deal breaker for me!
