I am seeking a female professional to rent the second double bedroom in my two-bedroom apartment in Manchester City Centre. You will be sharing with a tidy and considerate female professional in her late twenties. Maximum guaranteed stay is 6 months, with the potential for extension.

The apartment is in a prestigious conversion on Cambridge Street. This is a great location, just around the corner from the Cornerhouse cinema and within walking distance of the universities and a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants, etc.

The property is surrounded by great transport links: both Oxford Road train station and the Deansgate-Castlefield metrolink are under 5 minutes away and there are bus stops directly outside the building.

The room itself has a large window and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, mirror, desk/dressing table and large noticeboard. The main bathroom is of a generous size and features a bath, showerhead and large mirror; as the other room has an en suite bathroom, the main use of the larger bathroom will go to the tenant.

The open plan kitchen/living area is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, electric Bosch cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave, television and plenty of storage space. The apartment also has a washing machine and unlimited wireless internet already set up.

Ideal tenant would be someone tidy, respectful and not too noisy. Rent is £490 + utilities and a deposit of one month's rent is required. No pets/no smoking please!
