I have just found a flat on princess street (Asia House) and I am looking for a flatmate to rent it with me. I am looking for a 10 month contract but if you would like it to rent it for 12 months that is fine.
The flat is in an excellent location which is very close to both Oxford Road and Picadilly Station. Perfect for those who studies in MMU, UoM or RNCM.
The flat is furnished. The kitchen and living room is in a decent size. I will be having the main bedroom with ensuite and the room offering is a single bedroom. There will be another bathroom in the flat so you will have sole use of the other bathroom.
I am only looking for a female flatmate, preferably student. I am clean, tidy and respectful, also enjoy some quiet time at home. Wish to look for someone who has similar thinking/living style. NO smoker or partying in flat please!
