Manc city centre flat share - monday to Friday

The flat is based in the popular green quarter behind the park inn hotel and a 3 minute walk from Victoria Station / phones 4 you arena. It is walking distance from Piccadilly station, the northern quarter and deansgate.

There is street parking available outside the flat for free or you can look into renting a space in the secure underground car park from another tenant. I have seen advertised for approximately £50-£80per month.

The flat is two bed roomed and I am looking to rent out the spacious second room which comes furnished. It has a kingsize bed with large mirrored wardrobe, bedside table draws and lamp. You will have soul use of the large family bathroom which includes bathtub / good power shower.

The flat comes equipped with all the mon cons - microwave, fridge / freezer, oven, hob etc. And has open plan kitchen / dining / living area which leads on to a balcony. There are two large sofas in the living room plus smart tv (unfortunately don't have sky) but do have wifi / broadband!

Rent is £450 per month Including bills: council tax, water, tv, electricity and Internet. Deposit £150.
1 month notice to be given when leaving.
Again this a Monday to Friday let only.

My working day is usually from 10am-7pm as I do events I occasionally have to work evenings.
I'm looking for someone who is friendly, trustworthy and respectful of others belongings to share my flat with. Like most twenty something's I am social character however during the week I am work focused so looking for someone who is like minded.
