I am living currently in Room No B 403 at Manchester Student Village, and I need somebody to take over my contract asap. The first installment has already been paid so you do not need to worry about that. I am leaving for personal reasons and it has nothing to do with the place or my room mates. The next installment is due on 19th Jan 2015. This room is available for students ONLY.

97 Pounds per week for the deluxe refurbished room is inclusive of all bills, internet connection and insurance so you do not have to pay for anything extra. You will share a large kitchen and two bathrooms with three other lads who are studying from the University of Manchester.

MSV is the ideal place to live as it it is really close to the University of Manchester, RNCM and MMU. Tesco Express, Spar and Sainsbury Local are less than 5 minutes away and the City Center where all the big shopping malls are is a 15 minute walk from here. It has launderette, pool table, CCTV, 10 MB internet connection, onsite doctor maintenance and a really cool bar just 2 mins away ( where you can watch live matches, wifi, play fifa or pool for FREE).

The rooms heating can be controlled by you. The kitchen has fridge, freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and microwave. The room has a bed, mattress, wardrobe, study desk and chair as well as a mirror. Everything can be viewed easily from the pictures which were taken on 16th October, 2014. Cheers.
