The price for the room is 700gbp per month with bills included (council tax, tv license, internet, electricity up to 90gbp per month and water up to 30gbp per month).

The room has everything needed: double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

The building is about 15 years old and well maintained.

In the second room of the flat currently lives a French guy in his mid twenties.

Couples welcome for an additional fee.
Short term rents could be considered for an additional fee.
