Hi, my name's Holly, I'm a dentist and I'm 29. I'm renting a brand new 2 bed apartment in the Potato Wharf development (Castlefield/Deans-gate/Spinni ngfields area postcode M34BB) with secure underground parking and an allocated parking space with lift straight up to the apartment, ideal! Extremely quiet but right in the city centre. I'm the first person to live there and I only moved in last week!

£695 PCM ensuite and parking space
£645 PCM smaller bedroom, own separate bathroom and parking space

Tenancy is up for renewal on 16th September 2015 and I'm looking to stay.

Just to let you know the letting agency advised that your income needs to be above £32850 (show proof or pay upfront) I think it's just because the place is so luxurious :)
