This is a great flat in a fantastic location, a 5 minute walk from Manchester City Centre. Its very close to both the Arndale centre and the Northern quarter, but far enough to escape for some peace and quiet!

It's a modern flat with a very spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area which has everything you need. There are 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), a large storage cupboard, and there is also a communal outdoor patio area.

The room advertised is a large double room with an ensuite. The room is furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a bedside table.

The living room is also fully furnished, and the kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, kettle etc.

The flat is available from 1st December, but this can be flexible as the person moving out is flexible on dates in November/December. The person you will be living with will be doing the viewings, so you will get to meet them.

I own the flat but I live in York. I am always available to help with any questions or issues that might arise, and I have always had a very good relationship with all Tenents.
