The room is large in size and plenty of room for storage. Very airy and light. The bedroom includes double bed frame and mattress, wardrobe and side table.
Large balcony with excellent views and there are two bathrooms and a toilet room downstairs. You would have the en suite with shower, sink and toilet.
Both current flatmates are lovely and friendly, and very easy to talk to. They want someone sociable and not too introverted. They would like a smoker preferably or at least someone who isn’t offended by smoking. No one smokes inside but they do on the balcony.
The only bill that isn't included in the price is a one off payment for the TV license!
