I have a lovely, furnished spare double bedroom to let in a nice, clean house located in central Manchester, only a few minutes walk from the city centre. I am looking for a professional, age is not of great importance, who would like to return to a friendly, relaxed and clean home after a long day at work. The house has got a lovely garden that is enjoyable during the spring and summer months, too.
I am the only other occupant of the property, which encompasses a shared bathroom with bath and overhead shower, kitchen and living room. I am a relaxed and quiet person, so party animals, this probably isn't the place for you! However, if you are friendly, considerate and are looking for a comfortable and clean home, this room could be ideal!

The room is available from January 2020 at price of £ 600 pcm - all bills and wifi included.
