There is a double bedroom in a new 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom apartment in a great location in Ancoats. It's just down the road from the Northern Quarter, 24/7 Pure gym, Aldi and the New Islington tram stop (part of the City Zone). It is also conveniently located to both Piccadilly and Victoria train stations (10-15 minute walk). The ad might say I am the living in landlord but I am just one of the tenants. The live out landlord though is very nice, sociable and keen to make this a good place to live in.

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful and clean housemate to share the flat with. I´m trans, so this would be a good place for someone who belongs to the LGBT community (not essential though) since I want the place to feel safe, inclusive and comfortable. I am a researcher working at the University, work normal hours and in my spare time I like eating out, playing badminton, gallery hopping, watching TV/films, travelling, music, etc. I will stay in Manchester for at least 2 years, so this would be ideal for someone long-term as well.
