I am the landlord of this apartment and one of the tenants (Danny) will be moving out on 2 March 2022. I am looking to find a replacement to share with the existing tenant (Mitz).
The Room
The room itself is very spacious with a king-size bed, large wardrobe a bedside locker and lamp as well as the en-suite bathroom which has sink, toilet and walk-in shower.
The Flat Mate
The existing flat mate is a very easy going guy who has been living there for over 4 years. He is in IT and works locally. He is normally at work Monday to Friday until 6-7pm in the evenings.
The New Flat Mate
Should be an easy going, clean, tidy professional.
The Flat
There is an open plan living room/dining area/kitchen. Everything is already provided in the flat so you could move in with just your suit case and you wouldn't need anything else.
There is a small laundry room in the flat, this is where you will find a washer/dryer, iron and hoover.
The broadband provider is EE, it's not fibre, but the current flat mate is in IT and he says it's fast enough!
The living room has a 50inch smart TV with a nice couch and coffee table.
There is a small dining table between the kitchen and lounge.
There is a small balcony past the lounge which is nice to sit out on in Summer.
The Area
The flat is in the Green Quarter which is just a 5 minute walk from the city centre. It is great if you are a young professional as it is very quiet. There is a co-op on the ground floor of the building which is very handy.

All bills are included (Internet, Council Tax, Water, Electricity etc)
Availability
The flat is available from 2 March 2022 or possibly sooner.
