The large main bathroom in exclusively shared between you and the other housemate- who's very clean and tidy

Large open plan living and dining room gives a spacious place to hang together, watch movies, entertain, cook without being on top of each other. Large panoramic windows so plenty of healthy day light throughout

Additional feature is the large 400 sq ft roof garden which is exclusively for housemates accessed through dining area up stairs, so has lovely views of the city. You can safely store bike or smoke.

The property is converted to a high standard but it's quite vintage in that the fittings are all solid and original. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, kitchen is fully kitted.

There are lots of local amenities including Aldi, Asda , tesco, post office, band on the wall, 24 hour gym, banks and lots of independent shops, restaurants and boutiques in the Northern quarter

Great and frequent public transport including the bus, tram and train line in Piccadilly and Victoria both just 10 minutes walk taking you wherever you need to go within and outside of Manchester conveniently.

Housemate 3rd bedroom on left in living room is Chaiwat- MSc student from Thailand. hobbies - fitness, football, socialising, Tech

Housemate ensuite bedroom is Ryan- Estate agent and PT- hobbies - cinema, fitness, socialising

Both are clean and respectful.

Landlord- Christina, parent of 5 children, married, loves to travel, learn languages, yoga and watch sci fi films. Probably won't hear from me unless you need support but I am very responsive. I don't do viewings as the housemates are kind enough to do that, since you will be living together, it works best if you meet each other and can ask questions
