Double Room - Triplex Apartment - Northern Quarter

I'm a designer, working in tech, living in triplex apartment in the Norther Quarter, 30 seconds walk from Stevenson Square, and 2/3 minutes from Picadilly Gardens & station. I work long hours and am out the house around 8am, usually home anytime between 6-10pm. I spend my evenings relaxing/working and a couple weekend each month in London with my girlfriend. I plan to move down to London in the next 6 months and from then will only use the apartment occasionally.

I'll also be doing some cosmetic work prior to anyone moving in.

Large double room available, double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and mirror. The room will be newly repainted and curtains / blind put up over the window (entirely up to the renter what they would prefer).

Bills are all included whilst I am living here. When I move down to London and you are the primary occupant, they will be increased by approx. £100-150. I will give 2 months notice before this happens if you prefer not to stay.

I am looking for another young professional, someone tidy, to rent this room out. I am looking for girl as I have more trust when I move out. I'm open to Monday - Friday renters too and will reduce the price if this is wanted.
