Double room in Northern Quarter May - August.

The room is situated in the heart of Manchester's Norther quarter and a stone through away from the bars, cafes, and other amenities.

The room is available to rent from April 4th - until the end of the tenancy in August.

THE SITUATION:

The flat is duplex with a living area and bedroom on the top floor and a kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom on the lower floor. The room available is on on the lower level. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a large chest of draws and a mirror. Of course, you will be able to make use of everything else in the flat.

THE VIBES:

You would be sharing the flat with my flatmate Kíeran who is easy going, tidy and friendly and has lived in Manchester for 5 years. Kíeran is currently studying for his masters in International Events Management.

Kíeran also produces music in his spare time as well as hosting club nights centered in electronic music; from techno to house and Disco. There are decks set up in the living room along with a makeshift studio where you can indulge in some music production or DJ lessons. Music tends to be playing most of the time. Anyone looking to move in should be comfortable that it will be an easy going and sociable environment. In all, we're looking for someone easy going, clean and tidy and who will want to socialize and get the most out of Manchester.

THE NUMBERS:

The Rent is £500 per month (not including bills)

Other bills will include BT Wifi and then other general water, electricity, and gas.

As I am moving out completely, the new tenant will take over the tenancy and would need to take over the deposit and would be refrenced by the letting agents.

Council tax will also have to be paid.

The move in date will be from the 4th April but we are flexible so don't be afraid to get in touch.
