Double room with own bathroom - city centre!

Hi,

I'm Alan, my current housemate is moving to another part of the city, so I am looking for someone to take her room.

I have a double room with own bathroom and garden area (great in the summer months) available for £575pcm including all bills.

The room has a double bed with storage, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and bookcase, you will also have primary use of the main bathroom.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and is equipped with 100Mb fibre broadband and Virgin TV.

I enjoy socialising and having the odd drink in town, but also happy to stay in and watch some good TV. I like to cook so also host the occasional dinner party!

I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and will respect the apartment, but also wish for whoever moves in to feel completely at home and hopefully become good friends.

The apartment is in a new build, just a few minutes walk to Deansgate and Spinningfields.

Amenities right on your doorstep include a Co-op, top Italian restaurant, wine bar and coffee shop which does great homemade cakes, all very popular with young professionals.
