Hello! I am renting this great 2-bedroom apartment on the doorstep of Spinningfields.

I lived in the apartment for 5 years and loved it. I moved out around 18 months ago as I have moved to Bolton. I am close by if there are any problems with the apartment and I respond quickly.

I will be renting the whole apartment (2-bedrooms). The flat will be fully furnished.

Bills not included in this price (wifi is included)

There is 1 parking space available to use in the secure underground parking within the building - I currently rent this out separately so if you require the parking space let me know and I will make the space available to you

Spinningfields is a great area in Manchester filled with nice restaurants and bars. It is also minutes away from Deansgate with more bars and shopping. The flat is 1 minute walk from the museum of science and industry and next door to the historic old granada studios site (home of the unfortunately recently closed Coronation street set, and home to the studio where the Beatles performed their first live televised performance). Also within a five minute walk in Deansgate locks with nightlife and Castlefield locks with more bars and restaurants. A 40-minute stroll along the canal will take you to Old Trafford football ground.

Within 5-minute walk is Deansgate train station and metro station and Salford central train station. Manchester Victoria is a 10-minute walk and Manchester Piccadilly is a 20-minute walk or 5-minute taxi. Manchester airport is a 15-minute train journey from Manchester Piccadilly station.
