The apartment is five minutes walk from Oxford Road Station, ten minutes walk to Piccadilly Station with direct train to London.
The universities, hospitals, law courts are all within easy walking distance.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. HOME Mcr with it's internationally acclaimed art house cinema and art gallery is two blocks south and The Refuge at the Principal Hotel is two blocks north.

The apartment is available from the beginning of March 2017 with a minimum of 3 months though a longer lease available.
