City centre mill apartment

I am looking for someone or a couple to take over the main bedroom in my flat. The flat is in a converted cotton mill with vaulted brick ceilings, brick walls and wooden floors. It is located in the city centre, less than a 5 min walk from Oxford Road station and less than 15 minutes from Piccadilly station.

I am in the process of moving out of town and so will over the next year be staying in the property less and less frequently. I will likely stay most Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights as I have a very early start on these days but the flat will mostly be yours other than this. I am a friendly, tidy and respectful person and would like to find someone similar that will take good care of the place in my absence!
