The room available is a large double room that has primary use of the main bathroom as the other bedroom has an en-suite. The bedroom is fully furnished.

I am looking for a professional male or female to share this spacious flat with. I work in project management and am a tidy and easy to get on with person . I'd like to share with someone similar who is respectful of the social distancing measures. Under normal circumstances, I enjoy socialising with friends, gaming and Netflix. This isn't a party flat. It would be good to live with someone who I get along with.

All bills included except one half share of TV licence.
