Central Double ensuite - Female Postgrad Preferred

Hi I'm Ella and I'm looking for a flatmate to share the two bedroom flat I'm renting in the city centre. It's amazingly located - seconds from Oxford Road, Portland Street, and St Peters Square. In a building with secure access.

The available room has a double bed and an ensuite with a shower and toilet. There is a shared kitchen and very large, bright living room. The flat is on the 5th floor and the building has an elevator.

I'm a PhD student at the University of Manchester going into my second year. I would prefer to live with another female postgrad. The flat is only a 20 minute walk from the University of Manchester, or less from MMU.

Rent is £472.50 per month, total monthly bills come to about £510 (excluding council tax). The deposit is one month's rent. There is an agency fee of £120. Students will need to have a UK based guarantor and there is a £60 guarantor fee.

The new lease will be from 1 September 2018 - 31 August 2019.
