En-suite double in Manchester

Hi! I have one room to rent in my home in Manchester. The apartment is in Ancoats, in a quiet building but parties are welcome at the weekend! It’s just around the corner from New Islington tram stop and ten minutes walk to Piccadilly train station. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The room also has an ensuite bathroom.
ALL bills are included (Sky / internet / water / electricity / council tax etc). All areas of the flat are communal, and there's a massive decking area off the living room which is good for summer drinking.
The flat is occupied by me (Patrick) I’m looking for a sociable and friendly person to live with, it would be great to make a new friend and not just a housemate. Im gay, if that information is important in your decision-making. I work Monday-Friday in the Northern Quarter so weekdays are pretty low-key for me.
