It has a large double length terrace which shares the area with The Assembly and Chorlton Mill.

It is fully furnished, with bills included:

Except electricity which is split equally with the other tenant. A professional mid 20’s female.

There is secure parking nearby at an extra cost of £75 a month.

Couples: £100 a month more.

The tenancy length is 11 months minimum or more please
