Greengate Apartments - New Build with Gym!

WHERE:
I live in the Greengate Residence (M3 7NL) in a two bedroom apartment (the building opened just over a year ago)

THE COMMUNAL PARTS:
The residence comprises a 24 hour concierge, a massive residence lounge, a free on-site gym and plenty of amenities from lockers for your parcels, dry cleaning, house keeping and more! The apartment also has a communal garden/patio area that has a water feature, lots of benches, some grass and decking.

THE APARTMENT:
kitchen/living room is open plan but very large, You will also have a small double bedroom with your own main bathroom and then also a storage cupboard to share. We also have a large private outdoor patio with double doors, great for summer!

PARKING:
There is onsite parking available in the underground car park but it’s an additional £100 per month, alternatively there is cheaper parking across the road in the NCP/ Euro car parks

IDEAL PLACE:
This place is perfect for professionals as everything is so convenient. It is a 5 mins walk into the Arndale centre and around an 8 mins walk to Spinningfields. We also have a local Sainsbury's 1 min down the road.

So about me...
I work in the city centre as a Bars Manager so work different hours each week, the ideal Mon -Fri job will come at some point.
Really laid back guy and easy to get on with. Enjoy various holidays throughout the year along with traveling down to london seeing mates, do enjoy nights out just like most people. Slowly getting into the gym but time will tell as I do enjoy eating out often too.

MOVE IN DATE
Very flexible, current flat mate has been offered a new job and will be moving away in the next few weeks. So mainly seeing who's around / interested.
