Hi there,

I am looking to fill my spare room. I have a 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in the city centre of Manchester (close to Salford station, Deansgate, Spinningfields etc).

The room available is a double room. It has a separate bathroom with shower and bath unit for your own use only. Its a decent size. It’s a great city centre location, right by spinningfields.

The existing flat mate who you will be sharing with is tidy and a warm welcoming person so it’s important to find the same. All I ask is that the apartment is kept clean and tidy.

In terms of bills, this includes all bills including service charges and council tax and broadband and Electricity and water usage is included with fair usage policy.

It really is a big flat, in a great location and stress free living.
