Double Room in Fully-Furnished, 2 Bed Flat

My housemate has recently bought a flat of their own and will be moving out at the end of April latest (but preferably end of March) so I'm looking for someone to move in around that time.

The room itself is a double with furniture included, and comes with its own large private bathroom. The only reason I haven't listed this as an en-suite is because it doesn't technically connect to the room but it's only two steps away and spacious.

All utilities are already in place, and bills are approximately £130 a month including Council Tax, Electricity, Water and 100GB Broadband. Parking spaces are also regularly available for rent in the private carpark on the bottom floor of the building.
