A double room in the heart of the city centre. Up on the 5th floor with a balcony and own bathroom. Dishwasher and washing machine included. All bills are included in the rent. It is right in the northern quarter and an easy walk to all necessary amenities. A little about us, we are both professionals working in finance so very much have the 9-5 life. We are tidy and easy going, one of our main hobbies is watching sports. Respectful of personal space and often spend a lot of time away on work projects. We are looking for someone who is sociable but also respects personal space. we enjoy the odd bbq on the balcony if the weather holds out! Have 2 cats so you need to like them and not be allergic. This is only for a short let of maximum 3 months
