Nice and quiet location, modern home, very close to the town centre of Marple (5 minutes walk) with shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent commuting via public transport to Manchester and surrounding areas.
Nice countryside and canal walks on the doorstep.
Easy-going and friendly housemates who would be respectful of your space. It is a calm and peaceful household. You would have access to a large family bathroom, but you would only share this with 1 other person. Virgin broadband access, Netflix, Amazon Prime, washing machine, dishwasher, own fridge/freezer (shared with 1 other) etc.
The good sized single room is newly decorated with all new furniture and furnishings, including a TV bed (with TV) desk, chair and triple wardrobe. The room can be reconfigured if you need more space i. e. by taking out the desk and chair.
We have 1 very friendly big dog and 2 cats - they are all getting on in years so are calm and quiet, sleeping most of he time.
