Quiet location, new modern home very close to the small town of Marple (5 minutes walk) with shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent commuting via public transport to Manchester and surrounding areas.
Nice countryside and canal walks on the doorstep.
Easygoing friendly family who would be respectful of your space. It is a calm household. You would have access to a large shared bathroom, but you would only share this with 1 other person. Virgin broadband access, Netflix, Amazon Prime, washing machine etc.
The good sized single room is newly decorated with all new furniture and furnishings, including a TV bed (with TV) and triple wardrobe.
We have 1 very friendly dog and 1 cat - they are both getting on in years so are calm and quiet.
