Immaculate short term let- place mostly yours!

Hi there. I am looking for an easy going, respectful person to rent my spare room for a period of 3-6 mnths. I have just listed my property to sell so this would be a minimum or maximum of 3 mnths but could be longer, so can extend on a month by month basis. I work in London so I am not here all the time, so you will have the place to yourself a lot of the time. The flat is almost new and in immaculate condition. You would have access to a large parking space, and there is an outside south facing communal garden and a private patio area. You would also have almost exclusive use of your own bathroom. The flat is right next to marple town centre and 12-15 mins walk to either Rose Hill/Marple station. It is also right on the edge of the beautiful Peak District and lovely canal walks. I’m a marketing professional and very easy going and sociable, also respecting my own space and others. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and will take good care of the flat. I can organise for additional furniture in the room (which is a good size) if wardrobe etc is required, as it is just used as a spare room/office at the moment.
