Spacious double room with TV, Wi-F, and storage spaces plus use of other living areas. The house is on a quiet road, and parking is on either side of the street. The house is a stone’s throw from Marple Locks, local parks and woodlands. Marple, shops, restaurants and cafes are a 4-minute walk. Marple train station is an 8-minute walk, and trains run frequently to and from Manchester Piccadilly. Manchester Airport is a 26-minute drive, and there is a regular bus service to Stockport town centre. There is a strong community in Marple, with regular events and many groups to join. There is a local cinema, and residents are looking forward to the opening of the Marple Community Hub, which contains a swimming pool, café, fitness suite, and community spaces.

About me: I work for a wildlife charity and volunteer for wildlife surveys or helping manage habitats, so I’m out and about quite a bit. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, particularly over home-cooked meals, coffee, and cake. Other times, you’ll find me gardening, at the allotment or on an evening out. Relaxing with my cat and watching a good movie is a good way for me to unwind at the end of the day. I get on with all age groups and have been told I’m easy to talk to. I am a strong advocate for diversity, equality and inclusion. It is important to me that my tenant feels at home in the accommodation I’m providing.
