The location is excellent: Marple Locks, local parks, and woodlands are just a short walk away. Shops, restaurants, and cafés in Marple are a 4-minute walk, and Marple train station is 8 minutes on foot, with frequent services to Manchester Piccadilly. Manchester Airport is 12 miles away (around a 25-minute drive), and there is a regular bus service to Stockport town centre.

Marple has a strong community with regular events and groups to join. There is a local cinema, and residents are looking forward to the opening of the Marple Community Hub, which will include a new swimming pool, café, fitness suite, library and community spaces. The Peak District National Park is nearby, ideal for picturesque weekend walks and a range of outdoor activities.

ABOUT ME
I work for a wildlife charity helping to create and care for natural spaces for both wildlife and people. I enjoy good food and conversation with family and friends, and in my spare time you’ll usually find me gardening, tending my allotment, or heading out for the occasional evening social. I also value quiet time at home with my cat, relaxing with a good film or book.

I’m ideally looking for a female working professional who appreciates a calm, tidy and respectful home. This is a peaceful area of Cheshire and a GLBT+ friendly household. While I’m sociable and welcoming, I also value personal space and a considerate, independent living arrangement where we both feel comfortable and at ease.
