The property is already furnished with current tenants furnishings present but plenty of space for storage in the available bedroom, under-stair storage, loft and there is a shed out in the garden. The shed is at the end of a lovely garden which is maintained expertly by the current tenant who is a gardener (bonus), which gets great sunsets and views over Manchester.

The current tenant who will remain as your housemate is a very proactive person with many hobbies such as BJJ and hiking, he enjoys the outdoors and has exotic pets, and on occasions his family dog comes to stay so no allergies to pets would be ideal! He is a very laidback person and easy going with a great sense of humour, who loves to keep the house in good shape.
