I have a spare room for rent on the third storey of my house in the attractive village of Mellor, Stockport, one mile from the Derbyshire border. Marple railway station is a 10 minute walk away. The room has a modern, walk-in shower, smart TV, and some cooking facilities.. The person renting will have access to other rooms in the house, subject to negotiation. There is space for parking a car on my driveway. Electricity is included in the rent and a washing machine is available. Cleaning is available at extra cost but the room is low maintenance.
