Double ensuite loft room

I’m 40 female working as a professional

The house has 3 bedrooms with the loft converted as a large double room with ensuite, my room is situated at the back of the house and a front bedroom used by my son (13) who stays once every couple of weeks. All rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard.

The room is furnished with kingsize bed, side cabinets, lamps, tv, draws and clothing storage.

The living room has a 6ft Pool Table, fruit machine usually unused

Movie room has black out curtains large 60 tv with large chill out couch, fire and computer desk/printer/imac

Large kitchen with washer, dryer, dish washer, coffee machine all essential appliances including all the latest ninjas lots of storage, cupboards, large American style fridge.

The house has a unused yard area with egg chair and shed with decking.

I work as a professional photographer and have a studio in Middleton centre with a lovely friendly hair and make up salon owned by my sister. I have a great group of friends and usually socialise in Manchester.

I also have a cavapoo called Daisy she is fully trained and loves cuddles 🥰
