2 bed apartment with balcony entrance

Im looking for a lodger to stay in my apartment while I'm my parents fulltime carer., I find it hard being at there house alot to keep my place going

It's a 2 bed apartment
Which is very quite and totally private, with it being on the second floor, plus it' is the end apartment which has a private balcony entrance.

It has an electronic key fob security system.

The Stairway and balcony are cleaned weekly by private company

The front door is never passed by any nieghbours, so it's nice to sit in the fresh air privately. Having a coffee in the sun on the balcony entrance.

The kitchen was fitted 3 years ago with a new built in cooker and hob.
Only last month bought a brandnew washing machine.

The Bill's are covered apart from the electric and gas which are on a pre payment smart meter.

The bus stop is only 20 yards away? A bus passes every 8 or 9 minutes to Manchester Shudehill, Bury, Rochdale, Oldham Heywood and Middleton shopping centre .


The M60 and the M62 are just 2 miles away, Simister round about is only 4 miles away so the M66 and M61 is just minutes from the your door as well.

I'm looking for a quite flatmate.

The house is fully furnished.

Your only 3 minutes from the small local shops, however locally there 4 chemists plus 3 doctors surgerys close by as well.

Theres a small Tescos only 1 mile away.

If you like outdoors your right on the edge of miles of fields and woods, golf driving range and fishing.

The apartment is really nice and cosy, plus I'm pretty chilled out so please get in touch.
There is instant gas central heating and hot water. Serviced every 9 months.

I would accept monthly or weekly rent, weekly suits me but I'm open to chat about anything.

Theres a lovely couple who have sadly left on Thursday. So I'm really actively looking for that perfect person, sorry no couples, im totally open to amy age nationality, sexuality gender ect.
