Short term let furnished double room - Middleton

One room for rent in a 3-bed house. Fully furnished, double room including large wardrobe space and a dressing table which can double as a study table, and a king sized bed w/ bedside table.

Individuals and couples are welcome.

Rent will be £650 for couples.

I am travelling for a few months and want to rent out my bedroom for the summer. The other tenant is my brother who will be living in the property also. He's 30 and a professional.

The house is well kept with a shared bathroom upstairs, living room and WC downstairs. Superfast broadband included. Fully equipped kitchen, and a little garden at the back, with no neighbours on that side so the view is onto a farm.

It is located in a cul-de-sac with no through road so there's lots of parking, and a quiet family friendly neighbourhood.

There are local amenities 3 min walk away close by including an off-license and takeaway shops.

It is a 4 min drive to the heart of Middleton where all your shopping resides; Middleton Shopping Centre with lots of shops including JD Gyms, Aldi, Tesco, a post office, etc.

There is bus stop at the end of the road that takes you straight to the city centre in 30 mins, or to Bowker Vale tram stop in 7 mins where you can get the tram in, 10 mins into Manchester Victoria. It's about a 23 minute drive to the city centre.

In-person viewing is required, might be able to do a virtual viewing upon request.

Terms:
- Minimum rental term: 2 months, maximum 4 months
- Security deposit: 550 (£650 for couples)
- All bills are included in the rent.

Tenant Screening: I require potential tenants to provide the following documents for screening:
- Proof of income (e. g. employment contract, bank statement).
- Reference from school, previous landlord or employer where available
- Valid government-issued photographic ID and proof of residence.
