Room to rent

Renting out my spare room (2nd bedroom). Bedroom Comes unfurnished. (Waredrobe in photo not included)
Big enough to fit a double bed, waredrobe/drawers.
Everything else in the house is included (washing machine, broadband, living space, fridge etc)

All bills included in the rent. Shared bathroom (shower over bath). Shared living room and kitchen. Driveway enough for 2 cars (including mine). Lockable garage and shed. Big back garden.

I have a big dog. He’s friendly and loves attention. All I ask is for you to let him out in the garden if I’m ever at work.

I work in events security, so I work unsociable hours sometimes.

I’m friendly and pretty easy going. Looking for someone who just needs a room to rent. Tidies up after them selves, helps keep shared spaces clean.
