Double room available in good location

I'm renting a spare room in my home. I'm looking for someone clean and tidy and also likes dogs because I have a little maltipoo. However, my dog only stays with me a few days a week.

My house is really close to Middleton town centre, so you'll be within walking distance of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. There is also a beautiful nature reserve within two minutes walk.

There are also really good transport links. A bus stop is in front of the house with direct and frequent services to Manchester city centre (approx 15-20 min journey time). My house is also close to the M60, so ideal for commuters.

The room has a single bed that can be extended into a double. I have a large south facing garden and off street parking is available.
All bills are included.
