Furnished Double Room

Hello there. I'm looking for a clean, respectful and tidy professional female lodger to rent my spare room. I am a 44 year old female and I've lived here with Eric (my 14 year old Chihuahua) for over 7 years, during which time I've completely renovated the house to be a warm, colourful and welcoming home that I'm really proud of. I work shifts and, wherever possible, Eric goes to a day care when I'm out of the house.
Street parking if you're a car owner, if not there's excellent transport links from Middleton bus station which is about a 10 minute walk from the house.
There are two reception rooms so we can socialise or have our own space if we wish, if you need a home working space I'm happy for you to use the dining room as there's space for a desk. No smoking inside the house.
Shared bathroom, laundry and kitchen facilities.
There is a rear yard and a small front garden however I am death to all plants except weeds so if you're green fingered please feel free to work your magic 😂
In my spare time I love to cook and always have about 10 hobbies on the go (ADHD for the win!) currently the main ones are crochet (everyone I know gets a hat), painting (I'm terrible), currently studying an English/History course as well as retraining to be an ADHD specialist coach... Love all sorts of music, and travel as much as possible and always have about 10 books on the go alongside as many true crime docos/podcasts. You may notice that the video has Xmas decorations in it... I don't leave them up all year around I found a housemate at Xmas and after a really successful share she's (sadly for me) got her own place to move to, I just couldn't bring myself to record another video 😂
