Close to 3 GPs 4 chemists, tescos 5 mins walk and plenty of even closer small shops postoffice 2 mins.

Golf driving range David Loyd gym only 10 mins walk..

The appartments in a secure location which is operated using a key fob.

The building is cleaned by a company weekly..

There is a private balconey to enter the front .

You will acctually be the only person staying in the house for at least 11 or 12 months because the live in landlords just started a 12 to 18 month contract abroad..

His room will remain locked with all his things..

You will have the place to your self untill at least this time next year..

The landlord will be leaving the maintanance and rent payments in the hands of a local independant agant who is quite local to the property if your needing help ect..

Couple are welcome as its not going to be three flatmates. A rate hasnt been discused as of yet..

If you want to decorate your room the landlords said its ok as long as you keep the agant informed.

If your wanting house guests your expected to again keep the agant fully in the loop..

The landlord obvioucly isnt wanting to delay filling the room..

Firstly the cold weather will very quickly damage an empty house..

Electric and gas are on a prepay meter so its left up to your self to keep the meter topped up..
