4 Bedroom Semi Detached House (3 Rooms available)

I live alone in a 4 bedroom (1 attic conversion) House and have 2 spare rooms. Looking to fill at least one. I have 2 friendly cats and smoke, however only outside the house.

Full use of the house is permitted, I works quite long hours and seldom work away overnight.

I have recently moved to the house myself and currebtly have the living room, bathroom and kitchen completely sorted with the attic room, 2 bedrooms and second living room all fully decorated but not currently used.
