The room to let is a good size double with double fitted wardrobes, over-bed cupboards, under-bed storage, double bed and en-suite bathroom.
There is also a shared lounge, kitchen and dining area and a good sized garden - perfect for summer BBQ's!
All bills are included in the rent at £400pcm (including wifi and council tax). Would consider a couple to rent the room but rent will be £500pcm.
