The property is less than a few minutes walk away from the popular Monton High Street and its many bars, restaurants and local amenities. The flat is also a short 5 minute drive to the M60 or 15 minutes to the Trafford Centre.
It has great transport links into Manchester city centre, with trains from Eccles and Patricroft stations arriving into the city centre within 10 minutes during peak times.
The number 33 and 35 (and other buses) stop at the top of the street, which will take you to Salford and Manchester city centre for just £2.
Tesco Express is less than a few minutes away on Monton Road, with supermarkets such as Asda, Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons and Costco nearby via car or a 20+ minute walk too.
