2 Double Rooms available Monton from end of Jan

Hi! I’m Laura , 35 and we are looking for professional females to rent 2 double rooms in Monton from the end of Jan. The slightly smaller room has a double fitted wardrobe with lots of storage space (Poodle in the pic not included in the house I’m afraid!). The larger room also has plenty of storage.

Ideally looking for someone who would like to stay long term and doesn’t work from home. The house is fully furnished and very homely, it’s more of a home than a house share and whilst we don’t need to be in each others pockets it’s nice to have the odd (much needed!) wine and takeaway after work every now and again!

Monton road is walking distance and has lots of nice bars/places to eat :) , Monton is 20 mins from the city centre with easy transport links so it’s a great location!

The rent is £550 (smaller room)/£600 (larger room) , bills are £150. There is off street parking on the road behind and never trouble finding a space. Any questions please just ask :)
