A double room, furnished and located in a spacious, 2 bed, 1 bathroom, 1 office house in Monton, is available for a female tenant, Monday - Friday preferred.
The house itself has 2 bedrooms, a living / dining room, a kitchen and a shared bathroom - as well as a medium garden. We have a fridge/freezer, gas stove, washing machine, gas heating, and sky TV.
The room for rent is garden facing and has a double bed, chest of drawers and a small wardobe.
The house has fantastic transport connections - it is a (leisurely) 15min walk to Patriccotft Station (both 8 mins into central Manchester, 18 min walk to the tram network and about 1min away from great bus connections to just about everywhere! There is a tesco express at the end of the road, and there are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants on Monton Road which our street connects to.
The rent is 550 pcm (for Mon-Fri use - ie four nights a week) with bills inluded. This includes internet, water, gas, electricity, tv licence, council tax (band A), etc. Small increase for a full time let for the right person.
This will be a lodger agreement can be anywhere from 1 - 4 months initially, but hoping to find someone who can stay for longer.
You’d be sharing with a friendly proffesional couple, Jess (28) and myself Jake (30), however I will be working away Monday - Thursday nearly every week. We are both out-going, clean and tidy. We ike all the usual things, and Jess is currently splitting m time between the office and working from home. We work from the living room or office when at home, we can arrnage a desk for your room if needed.
We are looking for a female who is after a home away from home during the week that is friendly, clean and tidy. If they’re up for the odd shared run or tv binge together that’d be great!
