The room itself has storage space and a desk (optional) and comes with a parking space if needed. It’s in Ellesmere Park, not far from Monton high street and very much walkable to shops/Royal Salford Hospital.

There is also a garden, utility room, two loos and two living rooms downstairs so there’s plenty of space.

I’d be looking for an easy going housemate who would share the house with the current housemates (2).

Perfect for anyone working in Manchester, Salford, MediaCity, Trafford Centre or commuting, as the house is near to the M60 and M602.
