Spacious room with en suite and parking Monton

Room available from June 1st as I am moving to Newcastle for work. Rent = £520 a month (+ bills around £140-£170 time of year / month depending, wifi is already included ). Lots of storage with a gorgeous open plan living / kitchen / dining area, in a gorgeous building in a very nice area of monton! Room is unfurnished but can discuss details over DM. We all have our own en-suites and there is parking included.

It’s a 5-10 minute walk to monton high street with all the shops / reataurants and bars, 15 min walk to salford royal and 10 min walk to the nearest train station which gets you into deansgate in 6 mins. You would be sharing with my lush flat mates Rosh and Autumn who are 28 and 29! The girls are lush to live with, they both value a homely chilled environment and like to keep things very clean and tidy. They work full time in the NHS. They enjoy the typical gals things, movie nights through the week, keeping active, brunch, a few wines etc 🫶🏻
