Furnished Double Bedroom in M30 (with parking)

Hello! I’m Giri - a doctor about to start psychiatry training in Manchester from August :)

I’m looking for someone to take the second bedroom in the lovely first floor flat pictured above. The flat has 2 bathrooms so we can have use of separate bathrooms. It’s bright (big windows), in a leafy tree-lined neighbourhood, has good quality appliances (Bosch, NEFF), and is set back from the road with a gated parking area. Behind is a well maintained communal garden.

10 min walk to Eccles train/tram (8 min to Deansgate from there)
10 min drive to central Mcr
3 min drive to M602 / Salford Royal
3 min drive to Monton

Myself: I grew up in the northwest and have now worked here for a couple of years too. I like running, badminton, chill evenings reading / watching TV. I do enjoy cleaning and tidying, preferably so do you! It’s hard to know over message of course, but hopefully we can get along well and be friends rather than strangers sharing a flat!
