Gorgeous home on Monton/Winton Boarder

Hi everyone,

I’m currently considering getting a lodger to share my small semi detached house in Monton/winton boarder (close to The Waterside Pub) 🏡

I’m a late 30s female looking for preferably another female. Must like animals, two gorgeous friendly cats live here too (the house does not smell of cats, they litter outside) there are also 3 pet bantam hens who live in a pen in the garden - if you like eggs plenty going spare here 🍳

The house is on a lovely quiet cul-de-sac with nice neighbours. There is also a driveway for parking if needed. There are two toilets, washer/dryer. The room could be furnished or unfurnished depending on the persons needs.

Must be someone tidy and respectful. I work from home a lot so someone who doesn’t might work better but the fit of the person is more important. Also very open to a considerable discount for someone who would only need the room for some of the week (when working in the week for example and is looking for a base near Manchester/Salford)
